On August 19, 2025, per Section 6.3 of the Declaration of Covenants, the Board of Directors approved a change of due date for annual dues from January 1st to March 1st with late fees beginning April 1st
Any changes to the exterior of your home MUST follow our bylaws, be communicated to the RARC prior to any work being done, and have approval from the RARC Chair.
